Description / Background

The memorial is a polished stained timber honour roll topped with a curved pediment. The honour roll commemorates members of the Richmond Methodist Church who served in the First World War. The names and fate of 15 veterans are written in gold in a single column on the board. The name of the memorial together with a decorative floral design are also detailed in gold. Two carved columns frame each side of the board with small square carved designs at the top and bottom of each column.

The honour roll was unveiled in the Methodist Church which was located in Paget Street, Windsor. The memorial is now located in the front foyer of St Andrew's Uniting Church in Market Street, Windsor.
