Wellingrove Second World War Roll of Honour Middle Image 0 / 0 - Prev Next Description / Background This roll of honour consists of a marble tablet, set in a timber frame. The names of those from the Wellingrove district who served in the Second World War are inscribed into the tablet across two columns and blackened. The roll is located in the Wellingrove Memorial Hall. It was unveiled at a 'welcome home' function for local returned service personnel on 16 November 1946.
