Bingara Korean War Memorial Plaque Middle Image Image 0 / 0 - Prev Next Description / Background This war memorial is a simple bronze plaque, established in honour of those who served in the Korean War. It is mounted on a metal pole, positioned within a garden bed in the Bingara Returned Servicemen's Memorial Park. Commemorative services are held throughout the year in the park. On 2 June 2011, the Korea War Veterans Association NSW was awarded a 'Saluting Their Services' grant to install these plaques in various areas in northern NSW, including Upper Horton, Gravesend, North Star, Warialda, Yallaroi Hall, and Croppa Creek.
