The memorial is located inside the senior classroom block at Dubbo Public School. The roll was unveiled by Mrs. Thomas Worthington on 6 June 1921, and the ceremony was attended by Principal Mr J. Lydon, Mr. E.R. Hawke, President of the P. &. C. Association, Dr. E.H. Burkitt and Mr. W.P. McManamey.
