Memorial Hall is a typically designed country community hall. It has an iron roof with timber and iron walls with a high brick facade at the front. It is a symmetrical building with a central doorway with iron and glass windows on either side of the main entrance. Above the doorway there is a small portico. On the south side there is an addition with a lower brick front with two large steel and glass doors. This part has a smaller entrance door. The Gilgandra Weekly, 12 April 1951 described the opening of the new hall on 6 April 1951, which took the form of a ball. Some 650 attended and the takings were 328 pounds. The new building cost 3,000 pounds and replaced the former structure, which was destroyed by a cyclone in 1948. At the event Alderman Ford briefly outlined the history of the Eumungerie Hall. The first hall was built in 1913 when six guarantors contributed 180 pounds each. The Eumungerie R.S.L. took over the hall in 1936 with a debt of 800 pounds, which was cleared two years later. When the hall was demolished, the R.S.L. decided to erect a Memorial Hall. Before the hall was officially declared open, two minutes silence was observed and the names of those who lost their lives were read from a marble honour roll. Outside the hall is a flagpole and a Second World War field gun painted in military colours.
